How to Track and Monitor Rankflo AI Prompt Performance?

How to Track and Monitor Prompts with Rankflo AI?

Follow these simple steps to start managing prompts inside Rankflo AI.

Step 1: Sign in and Open the Prompts Section

Sign in to Rankflo AI. From the left sidebar, look under "Monitoring" and click on "Prompts". The "All Prompts" page opens.

Step 2: Read the Prompt Overview

At the top of the page, you see two quick summary cards:

  • Types: Shows how your prompts split between brand-specific and organic.
  • Intents: Shows the split between commercial and informational prompts.

Below the summary, you see the full list of prompts with columns for Visibility, Prompt text, Type, Volume, Difficulty, Brands mentioned, Tags, and Responses.

Click on the Prompts option from the leftside toolbar.


Step 3: Click the Create Prompts Button

Find the purple "+ Create Prompts" button on the left side, just above the prompt list. Click the small arrow next to it. A dropdown menu opens with four options:

  • New Prompt(s): Add prompts manually one by one.
  • Batch Upload: Upload many prompts at once from a file.
  • Generate with AI: Let Rankflo create prompts for you using AI.
  • Generate from Keywords: Build prompts from a list of keywords.
Select the options how you want to set your prompts.


Pick the option that fits your need.

Step 4: Fill the Create Prompts Form

If you choose "New Prompt(s)", a popup opens. Fill in the fields:

  • Monitor: Select which monitor this prompt belongs to.
  • Tags (optional): Add tags to group related prompts.
  • Prompt: Type the actual question (for example, "What is the best way to make a website?").
  • Type: Pick Organic or Brand-specific.
  • Intent: Pick Informational or Commercial.
Add prompts as you wish.


You can click "+ Add Another Prompt" to keep adding more in the same popup. Once done, click "Create Prompts".

Step 5: Search and Filter Prompts

Above the prompt list, you have a quick search and filter bar:

  • Search by prompts: Type any keyword to find a specific prompt.
  • Types: Filter by Brand-specific or Organic.
  • Intents: Filter by Commercial or Informational.
  • Tags: Filter by any tag you have set.

Use these filters to zoom in on the prompts you want to review.

Step 6: Read the Prompt Performance Data

Each prompt row shows you key data at a glance:

  • Visibility: How often your brand shows up in the AI answer for this prompt (for example, 69% means strong visibility).
  • Type: Brand-specific (B) or Organic (O), and Commercial (C) or Informational (I).
  • Volume: How often this kind of prompt is searched.
  • Difficulty: How hard it is to rank for this prompt.
  • Brands: Which brands the AI mentions in the answer.
  • Tags: Any custom tags you have added.
  • Resp.: Total number of AI responses captured.

Step 7: Export Your Prompt Data

Want to share the data with your team or client? Click the "Export to CSV" button at the top right corner. Rankflo downloads a clean spreadsheet with all your prompt data.

That's it. You can now track, organize, and act on every prompt that matters to your brand.
