How to Set Up Your Brand Book in Rankflo AI?

Set up your Brand Book in Rankflo AI to give every monitor and prompt the right context. Sharper inputs mean sharper AI visibility data.

How AI sees your brand decides whether you show up in answers or not. 72% of brands actively investing in SEO receive zero citations from AI search engines. Companies see revenue increases of 23% to 33% from consistent brand presentation across channels. And brands with both mentions and citations in AI answers are 40% more likely to resurface across consecutive queries than citation-only brands. The first step to fixing all of this is giving the AI a clear, consistent picture of who you are. That picture starts with your Brand Book.

Rankflo AI uses your Brand Book as the foundation for every monitor, prompt, and response it tracks. The cleaner and sharper your brand info, the more accurate Rankflo's data and the better your strategy decisions.

How to Set Up Your Brand Book with Rankflo AI?

Follow these simple steps to build your Brand Book inside Rankflo AI.

Step 1: Sign in and Open the Brand Book Section

Sign in to Rankflo AI. From the left sidebar, look under "Brand Settings" and click on "Brand book". The Brand Book page opens with two main panels: "Brand Information" on the left and "Settings & Features" on the right.

Step 2: Fill in Your Brand Information

In the left panel, fill out the basic details about your brand:

  • Brand Name: Add your company or product name (for example, Codeshiper).
  • Website: Add your full website URL (for example, https://www.codeshiper.com).
  • Short Description: Write a brief summary of what your brand does. Keep it focused on your value, audience, and core offer.
  • Industry: Pick the industry or category that best fits your brand (for example, Custom Software Development - AI Solutions).
  • Description: Write a longer, detailed description of your brand. Cover your services, mission, target customers, and what sets you apart.

The more specific and accurate this section is, the better Rankflo can match prompts and AI responses to your real positioning.

Step 3: Set Language and Country

In the right panel, under "Settings & Features", set your default tracking preferences:

  • Language: Select the main language your brand operates in.
  • Country: Select the country where your brand is most active.

These two settings shape how Rankflo runs prompts and reads responses across AI models, so pick the region that matters most to your business.

Step 4: Add Your Key Features

Below Settings & Features, you find the "Key Features" section. This is where you list the standout features that define your brand. Examples already added include:

  • Custom software development tailored to specific business needs.
  • AI-powered solutions for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Agile development methodology with bi-weekly delivery cycles.
  • Comprehensive testing to meet enterprise-grade standards.
  • Ongoing maintenance and support post-launch.
Add your feature in the key features box as many as you want.

Add as many features as you need. These features help Rankflo understand what your brand offers, so it can match your visibility to the right kind of prompts.

Step 5: Add or Remove Features Anytime

Each feature row has a red trash icon on the right. Click it to remove any feature you no longer want to track.

To add a new feature, scroll to the bottom of the list and click the "+ Add Feature" button. A new input row appears. Type the feature, and it joins your list.

Step 6: Save Your Changes

Once your Brand Book is filled out, scroll to the bottom right of the page. Click the purple "Save Changes" button. Rankflo locks in your updates and starts using them across all your monitors, prompts, and reports.

Step 7: Regenerate Brandbook (Optional)

Next to "Save Changes", you find the "Regenerate Brandbook" button. Use this if you want Rankflo to rebuild your description and key features automatically using AI. This is useful when your brand pivots, launches new offers, or you want a clean refresh.

That's it. Your Brand Book is now live and feeding every other Rankflo feature with the right context.

Why Your Brand Book in Rankflo AI Matters?

AI does not guess. It pulls from what it can read about your brand on the web and from the structured data you give it. If your Brand Book is vague, your AI visibility data will be noisy. If it is sharp, every prompt, monitor, and citation report becomes more accurate and more useful. The Brand Book is the brain behind Rankflo's tracking. Get it right once, and everything downstream gets better.

Here is what a strong Brand Book does for your brand, business, SaaS, agency, or enterprise:

  • Power every Rankflo feature with context. Your monitors, prompts, and competitor reports all draw from the Brand Book, so cleaner inputs mean sharper outputs.
  • Match prompts to real buyer questions. With a clear industry and feature list, Rankflo builds prompts that mirror how customers actually search.
  • Improve AI accuracy over time. A consistent brand description across your site and Rankflo helps AI models recognize and recommend you faster.
  • Spot positioning gaps fast. Listing your key features in one place reveals where your story is strong and where it needs work.
  • Refresh your brand in seconds. Use "Regenerate Brandbook" to rebuild your profile when you launch a new offer or pivot.
  • Stay aligned across teams. Marketing, sales, and content teams can all reference the same source of truth for brand voice and features.
  • Set the foundation for clean reports. Agencies and enterprise teams get cleaner client reports when the brand baseline is locked in.

For agencies, this is the starting line of every client engagement. For SaaS and enterprise teams, it makes sure AI sees the version of your brand you actually want it to see. For marketing teams, it turns brand strategy into structured input that AI search can understand and reward.
